Established in 2020 with the goal to greater impact the physical and mental health of the underserved communities in Ohio. The recent pandemic has brought attention to health desparities as well as an increase in incidence of depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and poorly treated mental health disorders. Our medical professionals are both knowledgeable and experienced to better assist with management of medical and mental health needs.

Meet the Founder
Kellee Haslon, Family Nurse Practitioner, with forthcoming mental health certification, has a history of over 15 years of both medical and mental health experience. She has 10 years of nursing experience that includes providing care in an emergency setting. Additionally, as a nurse practitioner, she has experience with treating and managing complex medical and mental health conditions.
